Castello Di Stefanago | Mischiabacche Rosso di Pavia IGT Bio 2022
"Mischiabacche" by Castello di Stefanago is a red wine produced in Oltrepò Pavese with a blend of local grapes such as Croatina and Uva Rara together with Barbera. Classic Pavian's red blends (goes without saying!) with unfussy northern Italian fare. Deep color in the glass with cherry/raspberry and floral notes on the nose. The lively palate has plenty of crushed red and blue berries and finishes long with a touch of herbs and a grip. The salami will beg to be sliced!
