Shipping in Australia
We ship all orders via Fastway, Australia Post, Sherpa and in some cases we deliver ourselves.
Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding. If you're having freight issues, please contact us directly. We have much faster communication channels with out freight providers, and can get answers and results quickly for you.
Any order placed before 2pm is shipped same day Monday through Friday, for a next day delivery. Given the delicate nature of our products, we also try and avoid shipping in exceptionally hot weather. If we foresee any delays to your order, we will contact you immediately.
Free Shipping
Orders of $300 or more receive free freight Australia wide - excluding the NT.
Non-free Shipping
If your order's total is less than $300 it will incur the flat "case rate" freight charge - a case is up to 12 bottles. This charge is $10. How good are we? Once again the NT is an exception because it is just sooooooo expensive to ship there. :(
Shipping Internationally
We can freight wine almost anywhere in the world. At the moment, we deal on a personal level with clients wishing to ship internationally - please contact us at alessandro@invinus.com.au for more information. All shipments are insured and the wine is packed to survive almost anything.
FAQs
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
For Sydney Metro, Sydney Outer Metro, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane, all deliveries should arrive 1-2 days from order date.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email or text with a time and day of delivery. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation (but if we say we have processed them, we have, don't worry).
What Do I Do If I Need To Change My Order Or Shipping Information?
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at alessandro@invinus.com.au so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.
Please note, our system does not display updated shipping information in shipping-confirmation emails. If you have gotten in touch with us and we have confirmed that the change has gone through, don't worry, the address we have is correct even if the email is wrong.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
This is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
Can I return or exchange something?
We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email - alessandro@invinus.com.au
