Third generation

Their winery is the story of a family that has deep roots in the area of Verona. Founded in 1925 by Amadio Fasoli, who planted vines and began selling wine in taverns surrounding the farm - it is now under the leadership of the third generation.

Biodynamic - Organic & Vegan

They have been producing wine since 1925, and Amadio and Natalino Fasoli started organic viticulture in the 1980s. Their refusal to use chemical products demonstrates their profound commitment to protect their terroir and the health of the people who live and work in it.

Their land

The Fasoli vineyards are situated in the lower Illasi valley in northeastern Italy, an area where the terrain and its particular microclimate assist in good viticulture. The soil is a mix of clay, stones, and sand and the wide, sunny valley is protected by the Lissini Hills.

Amarone is known across the globe as the wine of excellence from the Verona region.

Alteo

Since the 1990s, Alteo has been their flagship wine. Its elegance and power express achieve a subtle balance between muscly structure and fine softness.your story online can make all the difference.

The grapes are left in small wooden crates form 5 to 6 months, and then pressed. Fermentation is carried out in steel vats for 25 to 35 days. The wine is then transferred to oak barrels where it is left to mature for at lest 3 years.
