Passeggiando in Vigna is made from carefully selected, hand-picked Nebbiolo grapes grown in the historic Roero area, where sandy soils lend lift, perfume and a gentler touch to the variety’s natural grip. Aromas of fresh red berries and wild strawberry open the glass, followed by subtle floral notes and a whisper of spice. On the palate, the wine is poised and precise, with fine, well-shaped tannins and a savoury, persistent finish. Aged for 12 months in large 50 hL oak barrels, the maturation enhances structure and balance without masking Nebbiolo’s pure, transparent character.
